David Christian's comprehensive background in planning, design, construction and project management  encompasses telecom facilities, educational facilities, churches, commercial centers, industrial and housing projects to large-scale planning and feasibility studies. His extensive project management experience includes municipal plan check and building inspections, land use entitlement, RFPs, contract negotiations, cost estimation, project schedule development, and coordinating consultant teams.

Mr. Christian’s professional career began with Kelsey, Ladd, Woodard Architects and has grown to include direct experience in the areas of Architecture, Senior Project Management, Environmental, Land Development and Wireless Communications, including Director and Senior Manager positions.

His project management experience includes a variety of public and private works projects including the design and construction of public and institutional buildings, master-planned communities, wireless telecommunication sites, commercial/industrial sites, Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, Property Condition Assessments along with other associated LEEDS, Lead Based Paint, Mold, Asbestos and ADA evaluations and remediations.

His municipal project management experience also includes residential and commercial plan checks and building inspections for the County of Orange and City of Villa Park.

West Coast Director of Environmental and Architectural Engineering
Property Solutions/ LandAmerica Commercial Services/Aaron & Wright/Eckland Consultants
Directed and provided project coordination, project administration, quality assurance checking, construction administration and supervision of both employees and consultants that completed over 1,200 Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments and Property Condition Assessments. In addition, Mr. Christian supervised the review and evaluation of commercial construction documents, construction cost estimating, construction draws, LEED, PML and ADA surveys.

Wireless Telecommunications
Caraway Communications/L.A. Regional Director/State of Louisiana
Project Director for the Bell South, state of Louisiana PCS installations which required establishing 3 offices with staff to turnkey 79 search rings.  Formerly Director for Pac Bell, Los Angeles Region which included the acquisition, design, entitlement and construction of over 330 cell sites located in 62 separate jurisdictions from San Luis Obispo County to Orange County.  Directed a staff of 45 providing full turn-key services from site acquisition, entitlement, design and construction. Responsibilities included comprehensive managerial, administrative, staffing and business affairs.

Freeman-Kaa General Contractor
General Manager/Architect
Developed comprehensive business and office management plans, policies and procedures for a wireless general contractor/A&E company. Implemented site development, A&E and General Construction tracking systems that were integrated with accounts payable. Provided comprehensive architectural services including land planning, design, construction documents and construction management services for five wireless telecom carriers.

Corporate Architecture and Land Planning
Danielian Associates/Corbin Yamafuji and Partners/Ladd Kelsey Woodard Architects
Project Architect for three prominent Orange County architectural and land planning firms. Project Architect responsibilities included client relations, land planning, design and construction document preparation for residential and commercial projects. Land planning included small commercial sites to large-scale master planned communities.

Land Development
The Irvine Company/Western Savings and Loan/ W.W. Dean

Project manager for the commercial/industrial division of the Irvine Company. Senior Manager for two prominent private large-scale master planned communities, Rancho San Clemente (2,000 acres), San Clemente, and Redhawk (3,800 acres), Temecula, California.  General Management responsibilities included comprehensive oversight of land acquisition, land planning, jurisdictional entitlements, infrastructure engineering and construction. The planned communities included 7,500 dwelling units, two golf courses (Redhawk and Pacific Golf Club), business park (300 acres), public parks, and the Rancho San Clemente Tennis and Fitness Club.
