Land Development (Commercial and Residential)
Scope of experience with California development includes:

Project Manager for Rancho San Clemente (San Clemente), a mixed use master-planned golf-oriented community completed on time, with a no-growth moratorium, at better than projected profit. Rancho San Clemente consisted of 2,300 acres; 2,800 homes, 300 acres Business Park, Commercial/Retail and the Pacific G0lf Course.

General Manager overseeing development for Red Hawk (Temecula), a master-planned golf-oriented community. Red Hawk consisted of 3,100 acres, 4, 200 homes and the Red Hawk Golf Course.

Project Developer for The Glen (Yorba Linda), a 15 custom home lot subdivision.

Architecture/Land Planning (Residential)
Providing services for Custom Homes, Additions, and Remodels for such properties as Anaheim Hills 3,300 sq feet custom home: Temecula 3,400 sq feet custom home and; Humboldt Island, Huntington Beach, remodel.

Commercial Due Diligence
Servicing Due Diligence needs for Mortgages, Acquisitions, Foreclosures and Sales for various clients including Del Taco, Major Banks, Equity Funds, Hedge Funds, Owners and Investors.

Wireless Telecom Architecture
Offering leasing, zoning and construction documents with proven experience as Turnkey Director for 330 Pac Bell wireless cell sites in Los Angeles County; 30 sites for Bell South Louisiana; and 25 sites for American Tower.

Environmental Assessments
Providing services for Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments.  Clients include Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Lehman Brothers, and Del Taco.

Plan Checking (Commercial and Tenant Improvements)
Recent experience includes Plan Checking for the City of Villa Park and the County of Orange Building Department.

ADA (American Disability Act) Tier III Surveys
Recent clients include The Irvine Company, Property Solutions, Aaron & Wright; and JS Dyer Associates.
